Welcome to OakRidge Swim Club
Picnic Pavilion Reservation
All Current Members (Full & Single Season) in good standing are eligible to request to reserve the picnic tables in the pavilion during normal operating hours. All parties must end and the pavillion area left clean and trash free prior to 8pm closing.
Please note that while we can reserve the pavilion area, there is NO GUARANTEE that other members will not access this area, the grills, or the tables during your event. Private pool rentals are available after hours. Please see information for Pool Rentals
Reservation Fees:

No Charge for members in good standing to reserve the picnic area; no deposit is required

Please pay $3 per guest pass for any attendee who is not a member
(Make check payable to "Oak Ridge Swim Club" and place in larger mailbox to the right of the driveway before the end of your event)

Guests must be signed in under your membership at the check-in desk. Please limit the number of non members to 15.

All guests/attendees require a guest pass whether they are swimming or not.

All current ORSC members should be checked-in during your event.
Lifeguards:
-
Must be certified and employed by ORSC.

The number of guests specified on the application will be the maximum number allowed for your reservation for safety reasons.

ORSC reserves the right to limit the number of guests for safety reasons.

The ORSC Board along with the Pool Manager and Head Lifeguard will determine number of lifeguards that must be employed during your reservation (minimum is two). If your reservation is large, then additional guards may need to be brought in for safety reasons.

Any Lifeguard has the option to remove anyone from event or cancel event at anytime due to health, safety reasons, or violation of facility rules.
Food & Drink:

All Food & Drink must be confined to the picnic area and deck areas.

No Glass containers are allowed on pool grounds, including the parking lot.

Liquor may be served as long as you meet Virginia ABC Laws.

Area must be cleaned, trash removed to exterior trash containers, and all areas left at least as good as you found it before the end of your event. A water hose is available to wash off tables and patio areas. The reserving party is responsible to ensure
Minor (Under 18):
Every 10 minors MUST be chaperoned by a person 25 years of age or older.
Conduct:

Noise level should be kept at a reasonable level. (Loud music/noise will not be allowed so as not to disturb our neighbors).

Disruptive persons under the influence of alcohol will be removed from the pool grounds immediately.

Reserving party is responsible for conduct of guests.

Reserving party is responsible for cleaning pool grounds, such that appearance is a same or better than found. This must be completed prior to closing time for the pool or the end of your event, whichever comes first.

Failure to abide by the facility guidelines and requirements listed here, could result in the possible suspension of pool privileges for all members associated with the reserving party's family membership for a period not to exceed three operational months.
General:

Pool pavilion can only be reserved by Oak Ridge Swim Club members who are in good standing.

Oak Ridge Swim Club lifeguards, pool manager or board members have the authority to cancel reservations due to weather or other factors
-
Oak Ridge Swim Club will not be responsible or liable for any accidents to reserving party or their guests while on pool grounds.

Oak Ridge Swim Club will not be responsible for items left in pool area by reserving party or guests.

Facility Rules will be strictly enforced by reserving party for all attendees on the pool property

General pool rules stated in the Oak Ridge Swim Club By-Laws will be enforced by the reserving party for all attendees on the pool property
