Membership Options
Seasonal Membership:
Seasonal Membership Registration opens May 15th. Waitlist available.
Our Seasonal Membership is a ONE SEASON ONLY option allowing your family to try our Pool for one season without committing to join as a full member.
A Seasonal member is subject to the same guidelines and rules as full members and has all full rights & privileges EXCEPT:

Membership will NOT have a vote in elections of the OAKRIDGE SWIM CLUB, as specified in the bylaws.

Membership is limited to ONE season only (May to September), and shall not be renewable. There is no obligation to join as a full member.
After your seasonal membership expires in September, you will receive an invoice to join as a full member for the next season when invoices are sent to our membership in February.
Seasonal Membership Cost: $500.00
NEW Full Membership:
A limited number of Full Memberships are Available. Previous Seasonal Members will have received an invoice to their email in March. Memberships offered in order of application. Waitlist Available (if needed).
As a Full Member, you are subject to the Rights and Privileges outlined in the OAKRIDGE SWIM CLUB bylaws.
NEW Full Membership Cost: $1,050.00
$600: One-Time Non-Refundable Initiation Fee (Used for Capital Improvements)
$450: Annual Maintenance Fee

RETURNING Full Membership:
Returning Members will receive their invoices in March via our email address of record. Membership Fees are due by April 30th. Late Fee is assessed after April 30th.
As a Full Member, you are subject to the Rights and Privileges outlined in the OAKRIDGE SWIM CLUB bylaws.
Each year, you will be invoiced for the Annual Maintenance Fee plus any remaining balance due from previous season: Late Fees or Extra Guest Passes accrued the season prior
If you decide to terminate your membership, you will still owe any past season fees accrued.
Returning Full Membership Annual Maintenance Fee: $450.00
$50: Late Fee (paid after April 30th)
$3 / each: Extra Guest Fees
Inactive Membership:
Each membership has the option to go inactive for a season without paying the Annual Maintenance Fee or having your membership lapse.
To become inactive you must notify us via email: oakridgeswimclub@gmail.com and pay the Inactive Membership fee prior to the payment deadline listed on your invoice.
Inactive Membership Fee: $100.00
*Please note: Membership requires that all members reside at the same physical address provided on the original application. There is no sharing of memberships between separate households or to older children that no longer reside at the applicant's address.
Annual Maintenance Fee Invoices are mailed to all Full Members by March.
Payment is Due by April 30th.
Late Payment Penalty of $50 will be assessed to any payments post dated after April 30th.
